Calling all doulas
Hello – if you are a doula whether qualified or still a trainee we are happy to welcome you to our Find My Doula Directory. We hope that you like what you have seen so far.
To join Find My Doula there are three simple steps we need you to complete:
- The online application form below
- You will then receive an invoice for your first years membership of £55
- A second form requesting some additional information will be emailed to you. Please complete this and return via email with:
- A copy of your course certificate
- A copy of your current photocard driving licence
- Copies of any other relevant qualifications
- A head and shoulders recent photo of you
Please remember to check your junk folder if you don’t receive the two email responses.

Some things we need you to agree to
We have full Client and Doula Terms & Conditions that we'll need you to agree to but for simplicity we ask that you agree with the following:
- You will take all necessary safety precautions when communicating with or meeting individuals through Find My Doula.
- If a client contacts you and gives you any personal details you do not share these with anyone else without their permission and comply with all applicable UK legislation on data protection.
- Everything that is published about you on this site is, to your knowledge, true.
- You will respond to all enquiries within 48 hours even if it is an acknowledgement that you are at a birth and you will follow up later.
- You will set an automatic email response (out of office) if you are away for longer periods i.e. on holiday.
- If you are already booked and the client is struggling to find a doula you direct them to the website Contact Us tab rather than trying to find a doula for them yourself.
- You keep a personal track of enquiries and bookings through Find My Doula and provide this information to us when requested. This is to assist us in monitoring traffic and will enable us to make improvements if necessary.
- You notify us if you have time away from doulaing so that your profile can be removed and reinstated when you return.
- Use our social media platforms, however, please adhere to our specific guidelines for this.
- You encourage your clients to leave a review.
- If you breach any of our Doula Rules/Guidelines, we may have to consider cancelling your membership.
