Welcome and congratulations! Being here must mean you are preparing to welcome your baby into the world and, in doing so, arrive at the destination of your own journey to becoming a parent. I am Beth Watton, a birth and postnatal Doula living in South East London and I strongly believe birth is one of the most transformative moments of a person’s life where meeting your new-born sees you born-new too.
As your Doula, I offer calm, evidence-based support throughout pregnancy, birth, and the early days of parenting. My approach is inclusive, uplifting, nurturing and focused on growing your confidence, knowhow and ability whilst maintaining a true sense of self and identity as you transition into your new role as a parent.
