Hello, my name is Cheryl. I am a postnatal doula based in Sussex. I became a doula after the birth of our daughter. I am able to provide safe and calm support for families with a newborn. I am a Certified Infant Massage Instructor with additional training in massage for babies born small or premature. I run baby yoga classes and I am trained in paediatric first aid. I am a baby wearing peer supporter, a member of Attachment Parenting UK and of the Association for Infant Mental Health. My background is in the charity sector. I have worked for national baby loss charities for over a decade providing bereavement support and improving bereavement care. I have attended Sands training for doulas. I am able to support families parenting after or during a loss. I’m happy to look after pets. I am looking forward to hearing from you.
