I am a certified Doula, Antenatal teacher & Aquanatal Yoga instructor based right on the coast in South Wales. I have two little boys & we love the outdoors! In my line of work I have previous experience of supporting couples through fertility treatment, VBAC, waterbirths & Consultant led care including caesarean births. It is a huge honour to be able to support families in the birth space but also to be there for them postnatally to see them grow & learn together at home! I came into this work to encourage women to look within themselves & trust their bodies & mind when it comes to birth & motherhood. I love supporting mums who are fully informed & make their own decisions on what feels right for them & their baby. I am now a Doula Mentor for Nurturing Birth & enjoy watching trainees make their way into the birth world & bring even more support to families in their area too!
