I’m a certified birth and postnatal doula, hypnobirthing teacher and Body ready method teacher based in Walthamstow, East London. I’m here to make you feel held and supported , making sure that you know your options, nurturing self-trust and confidence. I believe every woman deserves a positive, transformative birth experience.
As your doula, I will have a listening ear, offer informative, practical and emotional support, discuss options for your baby’s birth and assist in writing your birth preferences, help navigating the maternity services and providing evidence based research so that you can make truly informed decisions, as well as making sure that your wishes are being listened and adhered to throughout. I’m committed to hold space for you, and help you trust your body.
