I am a birth and post-natal doula working across Cornwall and the Devon border. I live in beautiful North Cornwall enjoying the simple things in life with my husband and three children. I enjoy baking sourdough bread and nourishing those around me with food, love and my time. Pregnancy is an exciting time, a sacred time and a time to be honoured and nurtured by those around you. Becoming a parent is an amazing and transformative process, but it can also feel overwhelming as there is so much to think about. As a doula I will walk alongside you listening to your hopes and fears, help you to navigate your way through information and explore all the options available to you. I will do everything I can to enable you to have a positive and empowered birthing experience, no matter where or how you birth your baby.
