I became a doula because every birthing person deserves to feel seen, heard, and deeply supported.
Empowered Arrival was born from my own lived experience, and with it, a passion for transforming care into something truly personal and culturally safe. I’m especially committed to supporting Black women and marginalised communities whose voices are too often silenced in maternity spaces. My approach blends grounding presence, intuitive care, and advocacy, walking beside you, not ahead of you. I weave movement, rhythm, and creativity into my support, and I’m endlessly inspired by the resilience of birthing bodies. This isn’t just a service, it’s a stand for change, and I’m honoured to hold that space.
My children were born in 2022,2016 and 2009 and I was born in 1987. I enjoy self-care, pampering and listening to music.
