I have worked as a Birth Doula since 2007 supporting over 200 mothers to achieve the positive birth experiences they deserve and to feel empowered to make their own choices in childbirth. Along with my doula work I am an author and host two award winning podcasts. I was the resident expert doula for The Nest Club and a consultant for Sarka London. I was the editor of Doulaing magazine for three years and also the Doula Expert for Pregnancy & Birth Magazine from 2009-2011 and I write freelance around pregnancy and birth. I have featured in The Telegraph Magazine, Metro, Vanity Fair, The Independent, Grazia Daily, Elle and Balance Magazine as well as on television on NBC’s Today Show and the Tonight show for ITV. I enjoy cooking, walking with my dog, being out in nature and really trashy TV. I live with my husband and our three sons. I have a very practical, straightforward approach.
