I’m a flexible and experienced global birthworker. As a midwife since 1997, and now as a doula, I’ve welcomed over a thousand babies in different places around the world and supported families from over 42 countries. Cultural roots, traditions and your unique circumstances matter. Your perinatal journey is richer with the right doula alongside you. I speak English, Hindi, Urdu, Cantonese and some Visayan and I am someone who is committed to continually learn and address my own isms. My passions are for reproductive equity, dignified and respectful birth, consent and choice. I have attended LGBTQIA+ Birth competence trainings and I’m a networker. I usually have blue hair, I sing in a Gospel Choir, I’m a 2022 diagnosed Coeliac and a goalkeeper. I gift a homemade beanie hat for every baby.
