Find My Doula

It is my absolute passion helping parents navigate pregnancy, childbirth and life with a new-born, and for them to feel buoyant, confident and looked after at every step. Clients have described me as kind, wise, funny, and gently assertive – if that means getting the mother what she wants. I have  experience with antenatal support, practical birth skills,  and  promoting best postnatal recovery and baby-bonding. I adore babies, and my years as a baby massage and qualified sleep advisor mean I can offer genuinely useful tips, and babies really do relax with me!  As an NCT teacher and doula I am always busy improving my knowledge and expertise to support women and their families better, wherever and however they chose to give birth .  I speak excellent  French and Spanish. When not running around after my family of men, I enjoy good food, films, my friends, yoga and restoring things!
