Hello I’m a birth and post natal doula living in Richmond. Originally a nurse it was my own experience of having a doula at my births that inspired me. I love what I do preparing, supporting, guiding and empowering couples on their journey through pregnancy, birth right into parenthood. I was one of the first NHS doulas employed at Chelsea & Westminster Hospital in 2012.
I can help you with hypnobirthing to feel calm and confident, with reflexology to feel relaxed and ready, as your doula to support you through labour and birth and care for you in the early weeks of motherhood and with baby massage enable you to understand your baby’s cues and developmental stages and bond even more with your baby!
