As a postnatal doula, I am all about supporting you to find your feet in parenting your own way. I’m a mum of 2 beautiful (exhausting) little boys, living in Tonbridge, and I know what a massive difference it makes to have support in those early days. To know that you’re not doing it all wrong, to have support with breastfeeding, to have somebody to listen without imparting opinions – and to just be able to actually rest sometimes! I have a cheeky sense of humour, I will always bring biscuits, and you can never give me TMI (I honestly won’t bat an eyelid!) The early weeks with a newborn are a mix of all things wonderful, challenging and emotional, but I hope that by having me around you will be able to take it a bit more gently and at your own pace.
