Personal Statement
I am a postnatal doula based in Surrey, offering calm, nurturing support to families as they settle into life with a new baby. My journey into doula work was deeply personal, after surviving breast cancer four times, I felt called to walk alongside others in their own seasons of recovery, transition and healing. I bring a gentle, grounded presence to each family I support, with a special interest in supporting mothers who have experienced illness, grief, or emotional overwhelm. Alongside doula work, I love writing, yoga, walking, cooking nourishing food and helping others feel held and heard.
Whether I’m batch cooking, offering breastfeeding support or simply listening over a cup of tea, I believe every new mother deserves to be cared for and reassured to trust their instincts. This work is vital because supporting someone through the early days of motherhood is one of the most powerful, tender things we can do.
